Tresses to Dye For

Ombre. The look is everywhere. It's no doubt one of the biggest trends right now in hair. From the subtle dark brown to light brown reverse ombre to the wilder primary colored ends you've seen on many others. It gives hair depth and a more interesting look when it is mixed with textured tresses. This trend isn't going away anytime soon and it can be worn sucessfully on all ages and hair types.

Ombre look

If you want to jump on the ombre train, but not sure how to do it or how to get a classy look - perhaps you are a business woman and can't show up with half purple hair - then try a simple reverse ombre where your ends are just a few shades lighter than the top. Nothing too drastic, but enough to give you a feel for this hairstyle that is being sported by everyone. Maybe you will like it so much that you'll go lighter or even a different color next time.

This is also the perfect way to test out Balmain hair extensions. If you want a color change without a new dye job, extensions of a different color (your choice!) can be put in to simulate an ombre look. Want to know more about Balmain? See our previous post.
