The Spa Room is Ready!

For the past several months we’ve been promising a tranquil spa room where we will be doing dermal renewal peels, anti-aging peels, acne facials, skin-rejuvinating and firming facials and eye firming treatments. Well, we finally have it all set up and starting on May 2nd, you’ll be able to get any of these treatments featuring high- quality products from Dermalogica and G.M. Collin. Relax while we pamper you and make your skin beautiful and glowing.

And, that’s not all! During the summer months, we’ll be offering outdoor pedicures on our lanai. Sit back with a beverage and enjoy the lovely Oregon sun while your toes get flip-flop ready with your favorite Shellac color. You can call and start making your appointments now for our spa room. Once the weather warms up, you can make appointments for this unique pedicure as well.

Old Hollywood Glam is Back!

In case you haven't noticed, it appears old-school Hollywood glam is back. Yep, we're talking red lips, pin curls, milky white skin. The whole nine yards. Your favorite leading ladies are showing up on the red carpet looking like women from the Golden Age of Hollywood. Tresses to Dye For

Ombre. The look is everywhere. It's no doubt one of the biggest trends right now in hair. From the subtle dark brown to light brown reverse ombre to the wilder primary colored ends you've seen on many others. It gives hair depth and a more interesting look when it is mixed with textured tresses. This trend isn't going away anytime soon and it can be worn sucessfully on all ages and hair types.

If you want to jump on the ombre train, but not sure how to do it or how to get a classy look - perhaps you are a business woman and can't show up with half purple hair - then try a simple reverse ombre where your ends are just a few shades lighter than the top. Nothing too drastic, but enough to give you a feel for this hairstyle that is being sported by everyone. Maybe you will like it so much that you'll go lighter or even a different color next time.
